Better Process Control School

June 20, 2016 - June 23, 2016

This Better Process Control School (BPCS) uses a FDA-approved curriculum and the 8th edition of the course manual. The BPCS is required of all food manufacturers of low-acid (21 CFR 113) and acidified (21 CFR 114) thermally processed foods in hermetically sealed containers and distributed for sale in the United States. This is a 4-day course consisting of 16 topics and 16 examinations (Schedule). A Certificate of Completion from the University of Hawaii will be awarded to those who successfully meet all course requirements.

This is a company-specific course. Only its assigned employees will be able to participate.
