FSMA – An Online Informational Session

This online informational session is intended to introduce and clarify what FSMA entails. It will briefly cover some of the Highlights of the rules that have become final to date: (1) the Modernized Good Manufacturing Practice (21 CFR SubpartB); (2) Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR Subpart C); (3) Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSMA Sec 301); (4) Third Party Accreditation and Certification; and (5) Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food (Docket ID FDA-2013-N-0013).

This online session is an overview and will not satisfy the binding training requirements: (1) for a mandatory training on Food Hygiene and Food Safety; (2) to be a Qualified Individual; or (3) to be a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual. It will not answer all questions about FSMA.

There is no registration fee for this session and no certificate will be issued for completing this session.
