FSMA, HACCP, HARPC, PCQI

This presentation  describes the differences between a HACCP Plan and the FSMA Food Safety Plan. It also explains the differences in the other acronyms often encountered as pertaining to FSMA training courses, such as HARPC, FSPCA, PCQI, and PCHF.

There is also a brief explanation of the proper use of the acronym FSPCA PCHF instead of HARPC or PCQI.
