Seafood HACCP

The University of Hawaii at Manoa Food Technology Extension Program is recognized by the Association of Food & Drug Officials (AFDO)/Seafood HACCP Alliance to present these required courses of instruction. The primary audience is the seafood processing and importing industry, and regulatory officials based in the United States as well as in other countries.  Persons who complete the 2-day AFDO/Seafood HACCP Alliance basic course will receive a Certificate of HACCP Course Completion from AFDO.  This certificate denotes satisfaction of the mandatory training requirement contained in 21 CFR 123.10.

This Seafood HACCP course may be conducted company-specific.
