The Principles of Food Hygiene and Food Safety

 

This three-hour training session discusses all the items covered under the modernized Good Manufacturing Practice (21 CFR 117 Subpart B). The session is also designed to train the participants to train their own staff at their own schedule as long as all course completion requirements are met and the GMP is completely discussed.

The Principles of Food Hygiene and Food Safety course may be conducted company-specific.

Please note that if you register for the Preventive Controls for Human Food course, you do not need to register for a separate course on The Principles of Food Hygiene and Food Safety.
